  I combine Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people handle life’s challenges with clarity, courage, and compassion — without the fluff or jargon.

• Here’s how I work:
  I believe therapy doesn’t have to take forever to make a difference. My sessions are focused, honest, and built around helping you understand what really matters, manage what you can’t control, and take small, meaningful steps toward the life you want.

• If you’re time-poor, burnt out, or just want support that’s practical and to the point, FACT sessions might be for you — short, 25-minute appointments for $45 that leave you with a real skill you can use straight away.

• If you prefer a little more space to explore things deeply, ACT sessions offer a longer, steady-paced approach while keeping that same focus on real change and grounded support.

• As a rural practitioner, farmer, and former nurse, I understand the pressures of busy lives and hard work. My goal is simple — to offer therapy that’s approachable, effective, and real.
